Buffalo Wild Wings - Mt. Juliet - 24 Wings, 4 Sauces & Ranch

A good friend (Jason) and I went to Nashville, it was raining the whole time.. of course at this point, its all it ever does here right now. Can't wait for some sunshine!  Anyways enough of that.. we stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mount Juliet and had a taste test of some of their wing sauces & fried pickles (yummy). We had got 24 wings split 4 ways. We ended up getting 4 different sauces which included, Medium, Teriyaki, Honey BBQ & Spicy Garlic. First onto the wings themselves, they were not bad, they were normal size wings deep fried to a crisp outside and tender inside (not a lot of meat). The sauces were not bad at all. And again ill state fried pickles (yummy!). The medium sauce was good and probably my favorite out of them all. It had very low heat with more of a buffalo sauce taste. The Teriyaki was thick like BBQ, was sweet and well tasted to me like all Teriyaki sauces. Honey BBQ (do i have to explain this one...) it was normal BBQ with hint of Honey. Spicy Garlic (my least favorite. Anyways here is a picture of the wings and the ratings.

Cosmo's - Cookeville, TN - Parmesan Wings

Once again we found ourselves at Cosmo's Grill and Bar. I went in with this idea that i wasn't going to get wings tonight at our fav place to get wings since we always get wings there. So i decided to get the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. And 6 wings... Now i got my favorites the mild but my Dad ordered the Parmesan Wings which none of us has had before. They were great tender wings. The sauce needed something else in it to really make me want them again that way. They could of been better with a side of marinara sauce. So these have potential and im gonna work on them more...

Heavenly Flavored Wings - Chattanooga - Naked

On a trip to Georgia we had stopped at a wing place called Heavenly Flavored Wings (www.chattanoogawings.com). We ordered the the naked wings which were medium size wings, very meaty and tender. Only bought six of them but wished i had of bought 10 of them instead. Should of got some to go they were really good! They had about ten different sauces which were really good. We tried the golden honey, hot, teriaki and hot sauce. Also the standard bleu cheese and ranch sauce. All were great! The wings are done to order, they are not precooked.

Cosmo's Bar & Grill - Cookeville - Mild/Ranch/Sweet Bacon Sauce

Went back to our favorite wing spot in Cookeville and this time i tried the Mild wings with side of ranch and sweet bacon sauce. This Mild is the best tasting mild sauce i have had. Its got a great taste with a bit of sweetness to it. I raved about the sweet bacon sauce before so its a no brainer and the ranch is normal ranch. Like i said previous on the naked wings for Cosmo's. These are lightly breaded, large wings/drums. Very meated and tender. So far these are my favorite! I was so hungry i ate a few before i snapped a picture of them so ignore the sauce all over the basket paper.

Bilmars 19th Hole & Crawdaddy's - Cookeville - Naked, Medium and Too Hot

Ill try to be short with this review as we stopped at 2 different places. First we stopped at Bilmars 19th Hole in Cookeville (if you remember a few posts before this one a friend of ours reviewed his take on them). Personally neither my Dad or I cared to want to rank them. They were deep fried and not that meaty. If you get them there get them wet, do not get them naked you will be disappointed. Price wasn't bad about $5.95 for 10 of them. (We don't recommend the wings but we do recommend the Small or Large Chicken Tender plates with the buffalo sauce, awesome!)

Crawdaddy's: We waited a while before they were actually served as we cracked jokes about how we thought they were actually choking the chicken before they had to serve them. They finally showed up but we were down 3/4 of a pitcher of beer by then. We had a variety of choices on this trip. Sundays at Crawdaddy's are wing day ($0.35 each minimum of 12). I had the mediums. They were good. Drums were not that meaty but the wings were. My dad got his naked and we realized that the wings were the same exact wings as we just had naked at Bilmar's 19th Hole. So looks like the deciding factor here would be the sauces. The "Too Hot" sauce was just not the right sauce, way to hot, not alot of flavor just to much heat.

Wooly Bully's - Cookeville, TN - Medium Heat with Ranch

Tonight we tried out Wooly Bully Hot Wings. These are not breaded and the medium sauce soaks right into the skin of the chicken drum or wing. The sauce was very good but with a big kick that left me wanting more. The heat didnt last very long but was just enough to remember how medium heat used to be. Usually medium heat was just flavorful but not with a kick to them. The wings were very meaty and tender as with the drums were also. I ate them with ranch dressing. I really liked these wings, i recommend them.
